Fulshear sits at the crossroads of FM 1093 and FM 359, on the fast-growing western edge of Fort Bend County. Our caregivers reach families throughout Cross Creek Ranch, Cross Creek West, Fulshear's historic town center, and the neighborhoods along the Texas Heritage Parkway toward I-10.
Fulshear has grown quickly in recent years, and new neighborhoods keep appearing along FM 1093. If your community is new enough that it is not yet a household name, call us. We are adding routes out there regularly.
Personal Care Assistance. Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders, provided with patience and dignity.
Companion and Homemaker. Conversation and company, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The everyday support that keeps a household running and fights isolation.
Respite Care. Coverage for family caregivers who need a few hours, an overnight, or a weekend to rest.
We are contracted with Molina Healthcare (STAR+PLUS), Community Health Choice, and DADS programs administered through HHSC. We are a Medicaid-only agency.
