We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and coordinate care. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The sections below cover the details.
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, your relationship to the person needing care, the type of help you are looking for, your Medicaid plan if you know it, and anything you write in the message field.
When you call our office, we collect what you tell us over the phone in order to schedule a consultation or coordinate services.
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically log basic technical information from every visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We use this only for security and site performance, not to build a profile of individual visitors.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule a free consultation, verify Medicaid eligibility with the relevant managed care program (Molina Healthcare, Community Health Choice, or a DADS/HHSC waiver program), and coordinate the caregiving services you request.
Your information is seen by Aeon Home Health Care staff directly involved in responding to your inquiry and coordinating your care. We share the minimum necessary information with your Medicaid managed care organization when that is required to verify coverage or authorize services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We keep client and inquiry information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to Texas home care agencies and Medicaid-contracted providers. If you contact us and do not become a client, we keep your inquiry only long enough to follow up, then remove it from active use.
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect information submitted through our contact form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.

Our services are intended for adults arranging care for themselves or a family member. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
