Aeon Home Health Care provides personal care, companion services, and family respite to seniors and adults across Katy. If you are enrolled in Molina, Community Health Choice, or a DADS/HHSC program, your care is likely covered with nothing out of pocket.
Our office on South Kirkwood Road reaches Katy easily via I-10 and the Grand Parkway (99). Our caregivers regularly serve families throughout Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Kelliwood, Elyson, Cane Island, and the neighborhoods along the Westpark Tollway corridor.
Katy is one of the largest communities in our service area, and we schedule caregivers there the same way we do everywhere else: the same person, on the same routine, whenever we can make it work. Familiar faces matter, especially for clients managing memory changes or a long recovery.
Personal Care Assistance. Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders, provided with patience and dignity.
Companion and Homemaker. Conversation and company, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The everyday support that keeps a household running and fights isolation.
Respite Care. Coverage for family caregivers who need a few hours, an overnight, or a weekend to rest.
We are contracted with Molina Healthcare (STAR+PLUS), Community Health Choice, and DADS programs administered through HHSC. We are a Medicaid-only agency.
