Aeon Home Health Care provides personal care, companion services, and family respite to seniors and adults across Missouri City. If you are enrolled in Molina, Community Health Choice, or a DADS/HHSC program, your care is likely covered with nothing out of pocket.
Missouri City sits along Highway 6 and US 90 Alt, a quick trip from our office. Our caregivers regularly serve families throughout Sienna, Quail Valley, Riverstone, and the neighborhoods around Lake Olympia and Texas Parkway.
Many of the families we serve in Missouri City are managing care for a parent while juggling work and their own household nearby. Respite coverage tends to matter here as much as the hands-on care itself.
Personal Care Assistance. Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders, provided with patience and dignity.
Companion and Homemaker. Conversation and company, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The everyday support that keeps a household running and fights isolation.
Respite Care. Coverage for family caregivers who need a few hours, an overnight, or a weekend to rest.
We are contracted with Molina Healthcare (STAR+PLUS), Community Health Choice, and DADS programs administered through HHSC. We are a Medicaid-only agency.
