Aeon Home Health Care provides personal care, companion services, and family respite to seniors and adults across Pearland. If you are enrolled in Molina, Community Health Choice, or a DADS/HHSC program, your care is likely covered with nothing out of pocket.
Pearland is a straightforward drive from our office via Highway 288 and Beltway 8. Our caregivers regularly serve families throughout Shadow Creek Ranch, Silverlake, Southern Trails, and the neighborhoods along Pearland Parkway and Broadway Street.
Pearland has grown fast over the last decade, and we have grown our caregiver coverage there right along with it. We assign the same caregiver whenever possible so your loved one sees a familiar face, not a rotating cast of strangers.
Personal Care Assistance. Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders, provided with patience and dignity.
Companion and Homemaker. Conversation and company, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The everyday support that keeps a household running and fights isolation.
Respite Care. Coverage for family caregivers who need a few hours, an overnight, or a weekend to rest.
We are contracted with Molina Healthcare (STAR+PLUS), Community Health Choice, and DADS programs administered through HHSC. We are a Medicaid-only agency.
