Aeon Home Health Care provides personal care, companion services, and family respite to seniors and adults across Richmond. If you are enrolled in Molina, Community Health Choice, or a DADS/HHSC program, your care is likely covered with nothing out of pocket.
Richmond, the Fort Bend County seat, sits along US 90 Alt and FM 359, a short drive from our office. Our caregivers regularly serve families throughout historic Richmond, Pecan Grove, and the neighborhoods near the Brazos River and the George Ranch area.
Richmond has a real mix of long-established neighborhoods and newer growth, and we serve both the same way: matching a caregiver to the household and keeping that match consistent over time.
Personal Care Assistance. Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders, provided with patience and dignity.
Companion and Homemaker. Conversation and company, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The everyday support that keeps a household running and fights isolation.
Respite Care. Coverage for family caregivers who need a few hours, an overnight, or a weekend to rest.
We are contracted with Molina Healthcare (STAR+PLUS), Community Health Choice, and DADS programs administered through HHSC. We are a Medicaid-only agency.
