Spring sits along I-45 North and the Hardy Toll Road, north of Houston. Our caregivers serving this area regularly work with families throughout the Klein area, near FM 2920, and the neighborhoods around Old Town Spring.
Like The Woodlands, Spring is on the far edge of our service radius, so we build in extra scheduling lead time to keep visits dependable. Call us to talk through timing for your specific neighborhood.
Personal Care Assistance. Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders, provided with patience and dignity.
Companion and Homemaker. Conversation and company, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The everyday support that keeps a household running and fights isolation.
Respite Care. Coverage for family caregivers who need a few hours, an overnight, or a weekend to rest.
We are contracted with Molina Healthcare (STAR+PLUS), Community Health Choice, and DADS programs administered through HHSC. We are a Medicaid-only agency.
