Aeon Home Health Care provides personal care, companion services, and family respite to seniors and adults across The Woodlands. If you are enrolled in Molina, Community Health Choice, or a DADS/HHSC program, your care is likely covered with nothing out of pocket.
The Woodlands is a longer drive from our Kirkwood Road office, north via I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road. We serve families throughout Alden Bridge, Cochran's Crossing, Grogan's Mill, Panther Creek, Sterling Ridge, and the villages along Woodlands Parkway.
Because of the distance, we schedule Woodlands visits with a bit more lead time to keep them reliable. If you are not sure whether your specific neighborhood fits our routes, call us. We would rather have that conversation up front than leave you guessing.
Personal Care Assistance. Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders, provided with patience and dignity.
Companion and Homemaker. Conversation and company, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The everyday support that keeps a household running and fights isolation.
Respite Care. Coverage for family caregivers who need a few hours, an overnight, or a weekend to rest.
We are contracted with Molina Healthcare (STAR+PLUS), Community Health Choice, and DADS programs administered through HHSC. We are a Medicaid-only agency.
